The Ateneo de Naga University Junior High School community gathered today, June 10, 2026 for the "Red Mass" to invoke the Holy Spirit for the official opening of the academic year. Called Red Mass because of the liturgical color and vestments, the Mass of the Holy Spirit is a tradition in the Catholic Church which remembers the biblical experience of the apostles at Pentecost.
