The official website of the Philippine Jesuits, www.PhJesuits.org, won the “Best Website” award for the second consecutive year in the 40th Catholic Mass Media Awards held last November 14, 2018 at the Star City Theater, Pasay City.
The CMMA was established in 1978 by the late Jaime L. Cardinal Sin, then archbishop of Manila, to honor those who “serve God by means of the mass media.”
Jesuit Communications also received special citations for Vespers 6: Sa Dapit-Hapon (Best Inspirational Album), Sangandaan: Paghahanap kay Kristo (Best TV Special), and the Cardinal Sin Book Award for Homiletics for “Weeded”. The Windhover Jesuit Magazine was also one of the finalists in the Best Feature Story Category.
