Staff Yearend Evaluation & Planning 2014

The formation year having ended, the AIR Staff went away for their annual evaluation and planning in Nasugbu, Batangas. This is a privileged time for them to bond among themselves, to evaluate the past year’s formation program, and to plan for the next formation year. Integrating the feedback or input from the scholastics, they considered every “pillar” of priestly and Jesuit formation (a.k.a. the “dynamics of the profile of a formed Jesuit for Asia Pacific”), calendared the regular activities of the school and formation year, and discussed Staff assignments. The Handbook of Policies and Procedures was also reviewed. The overall spirit was one of gratitude for the past year – its consolations and occasional desolations – and positive hope for the future.
