Ordination to the Diaconate of 9 Jesuits! October 28, 2017 – 8.30AM

It is with great gratitude and joy that we announce that on October 28, 2017, nine Jesuit Scholastics, including 7 members of the Arrupe International Residence, will receive the sacrament of Holy Orders.

  1. Jereme Ibale Asunto, SJ (Philippine Province)
  2. Firmo Nives Bargayo, JR., SJ (Philippine Province)
  3. Han Hyunbai Joseph, SJ (Korea Province)
  4. Jung Hoikang Peter, SJ (Korea Province)
  5. Kim Juchan Albert, SJ (Korea Province)
  6. Lee Huen Kwan John, SJ (Korea Province)
  7. Lucien Emil Suantha, SJ (Sri Lanka Province)
  8. Anthony Nguyen Ngoc Triem, SJ (Vietnam Province)
  9. Peter Pham Cong Tung, SJ (Vietnam Province)

will be ordained a deacon.  The ordination mass will take place on October 28, 2017 at 08:30 AM at Church of Gesu, Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City, Philippines, and will be presided by the Archbishop of Cagayan De Oro, his excellency Antonio J. Ledesma, SJ, DD.
