PASKO NA SA AIR!
Christmas with AIR employees came a little earlier (on 06 December) as some of them had scheduled to visit their families in the south. The celebration, as usual, started with the Eucharist presided over by Fr. Roy Ragas. After the mass, everyone shared the “masarap na lunch,” with unlimited “home-made” (not “dirty”) icecream standing by on the side. And, then, came the much-awaited program organized by (“chaplain”) Martin Licup and companions. Numbers included children’s parlor games, gift-giving, short skit by employees and singing, highlighted by Seok bae’s emotion-filled rendition of “Paglamig ng Hangin” and (yes!) Joseph Jia’s rendition of a Chinese carol the title of which is “unpronounceable”! Everyone really enjoyed the program especially the hitting the pot and the “pabitin” (hanging gifts up for grabs!). Fr. Rector wished all of our collaborators a Blessed Christmas and a Hope-filled New Year despite the impending supertyphoon Ruby.
